Employment Services Working in conjunction with this agency's transitional to permanent housing programs, Travelers Aid Family Services' Employment Specialists s work to help the underemployed as well as unemployed parents in our programs attain the skills necessary so that they can either achieve employment or become skilled for more gainful employment as part of the process needed to regain their self-sufficiency. Services include job placement assistance as well as crucial professional skills such as resume writing and interviewing. Once employed, the Employment Specialists track each clients' progress and provides continued support to handle job related issues and guidance so that they can advance their careers.
